1. Increment Calculation: 3% of current basic pay each year
2. Rounding Rules:
- If last two digits ≥ 50: Round up to next 100 (e.g., ₹765 → ₹800)
- If last two digits < 50: Round down (e.g., ₹824 → ₹800)
4. Maximum Benefit: Cannot exceed maximum of the pay scale
